Seriously, the links page is WELL overdue for an update.
GSA Shut down in September 2004. And it still says it's active.
I also found about 9 broken links, and many totally inaccurate descriptions.
People come to this site, and visit that page, and look what you're giving them.
I think this is about the third time this has been suggested, the first being a few months.
Look Max, if you don't have the site, send me the source code for that page, and I will personally re-write it for you. Because at the moment it's an embarrassment to the site.

Agatio, did you even look at the page in the past month? Cause if so, you would have noticed in big, bold text at the top of the page:

NOTE: This page is severly outdated and inaccurate. Many websites have come and gone, or changed in levels of quality. I have not had a chance to update this page yet, so please take all comments on this page with a grain of salt.

I understand that I need to get a new links page up, I just don't have the time. Would you rather have a new links page or GSW? I have to prioritize, and the links page just isn't that big of a deal. Most people know about other sites already anyways. I know that I need to update it, just give me time.

Like I said, I seem to have a bit more free time, so send me over the code or whatever, and I'll re-write them for you. Should only take an hour tops.

Well, I'm not too sure, but I think Max wants to create a script of his own for the links page so people can rate the sites etc. So...

I'd hate to stick my nose in your business, but Max doesn't need your help. He'll be able to do it on his own time, if you're patient. Besides, what's more important--GSW or the links page?

This matter does not require your input at all Silo, so please continue to keep your nose out of it.

um... who cares? it's just a links page :\ I dont really see a big deal.
                BUT
Agatio, if you REALLY want to do this, i suggest you talk to Max over IM.
                1) It's a lot easier to convince Max since you have time to defend your opinions (not like... Agatio: Suggestion!, Max: Nah, Max: closes topic)
                2) you wont have people telling u to shutup ;)
                Good Luck Bud'

People telling me to shut up from thousands of kilometers away who I have never met and never will is the least of my worries ^_^ .
And Max isn't really that great over IM. He never seems interested in talking to me, so I think it's better this way.
I've given him full opportunity to send me the source code, he can still do it if he wants, until then, you can close this.

heh, i know what you mean, apparantly it's like some technique used to get rid of annoying people, i used it a couple of times...
                    RULES:
                    1) take a hell of a long time to answer.
                    2) keep your speech business like.
                    3) ALWAYS end with periods.
                    4) no smilies, slang or and context that show emotion.
                    LOL
but for max it comes out maturally i guess ^_^ I've taked to him a lot before a left (before i came back) and yeah, you can say i was the one leading the conversation but hey :\ we can still communicate fine :\
                    ANYWAYS! getting off topic there...
Until Max responds... we cant really say much so...
                    yeah ><

I'm genuienly sorry Agatio if it seems I'm uninterested in speaking to you over IM. I probably should not go on MSN if I'm not available to talk, so from now on when I'm on MSN I'll be ready to talk to people.

Regarding the links page: Like I said in my first post, I know that it is taking a long time, but the links page will be managed for me once the move to Mambo is complete. I predict that will take about 2-3 weeks, which I why I just ask everyone to be patient. Once the move to Mambo is near complete you will see something in the GSS news asking for link submissions. Until then, topic closed.
