Well, I know there is a SPAM forum, but why do I think Anger/Depression Management doesn't belong there? Because when you post about it there, the thread usually gets crammed with useless posts that could make the person angrier. So I suggest make a forum for it, but restrict these stuff in there:
-Spam
-Cursewords
-Flaming Other Members
-Arguements

No way. I think, no matter what, that this forum would lead to flaming. If someone's angry or depressed, do the right thing and just don't post.

What I meant by flaming was also anger against other members. And some people NEED to let out their anger and be comforted by other members without having useless junk in their topic.

Like the others so eloquently put it, a forum of that topic would be a bad idea. If you have emotional issues, the last place to let your feelings out is a public forum. It is much safer and less embarrassing to talk it out with a good friends either in real life or on AIM/MSN.
