    I got the ring and the shirt. No boots. Where is it?

      I'm not sure but you will probably get them in Madra

        You need to have met up with the mayor of Vault after Colosso on GS1. He will talk about the theives, then complete GS1 transfer your data over and when leaving Madra at some time you will fight the theives again and they will leave behind the Golden Boots. Problem Solved.

          Yes, this is a GS trigger event.

          If you haven't found out the theives escaped from Vault in GS1 and transfered, then you won't get this to work.
