    It seriously works I got characters at lvl 1 and 1999 HP and PP 511 DEF ATK and AGL and 99 luck.

      Actually GameFaqs is better on these things...of course, that is just opinion.

          This is a dupe topic. the password generator has already been mentioned. Max even got permission from the creator to use the generator on his own site, so it can be reached there.
