This isn't really a "help me, can't find something" topic. Basically, this is just to show off what kind of language text you use on your computer (other than English, of course).
I use Japanese. I found a very useful link that lets you download and enable you to type in Japanese from kanji to katakana.

I have several different languages installed in my computer (Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, French, Spanish, English) although I don't use anything but English.

Japanese and Chinese obviously. I also have russian from that time the site got cracked and we went through hell to translate it^^ (only for one of my russian friends to tell us we were wrong...)

How do you get permanent text like that? I tried doing it for a topic in Japanese, but it didn't work.

I've no idea what you mean, but just serch Google for things like that. I think that's how my brother got the Hebrew Font.

Start up the language bar (Windows XP feature), (go to Start > Control Panel (Or Settings, Control Panel), Regional and Language Options > [Language] > Details > Preferences > Show language bar on Desktop)
Then, when you type, select the language type.
