Well, I have a DVD-ROM Drive installed on my computer to play DVDs. However, when I put the DVD-ROM inside and run InterActual player, it wont play it because an eror message says:
"Error PL4013: Playback failed due to a problem with the video subsystem. You may be using an unsupported display mode or your system may not have a working decoder installed. Please ensure that your DVD decoder is functioning properly by launching it from Start | Programs"
How do I fix this? o.o

You need to make sure you have DVD codecs to play. A DVD decoder is needed. InterVideo WinDVD is what I use and it comes with everything required to play DVDs, however, try this:
http://www.cliprex.com/index.php?option=co...tart=0&limit=10
Download that "Fraunhofer DVD Codecs" and install it. Everything should run fine.
