E-Mail: GMail default, which I think is Times New Roman.
Instant Messengers: David Transparent. It looks like Arial for english (most of the time; sometimes it look more liike Times New Roman. It depends on where you use it), but is far better than Arial when used for hebrew. Unlike most other hebrew fonts, it isn't small at all. Allow me to demonstrate:
English:
David: English
Arial: English
Hebrew:
David: עברית
Arial: עברית
See the difference? I think you would probably see it.

Oh, and sometimes I use Diploma.
Other that that, Comic Sans MS. My English teacher didn't like the idea of me writting a huge essay in it though. It make the words like twice as long, so the final product is like 2-3 pages longer than if you were to use Times Roman Numeral

Email: Whatever the email's default is
IM: Comic Sans MS
Av&Sig: Depends on what sort of theme I'm making. I got a LARGE list of fonts. Most of them downloaded to make fancy themes.
