Though if that isn't the case then I would hope to know how I could get my hands on this kinda junk. And if this basic thread already exists, I would hope that someone points me toward where the thread is located so I can continue to persue it. :P

Uh, no.
You're EMULATING the GBA on a PSP. Anyways, I have SNES/GBA/N64/NES on my PSP so it's possible; just Google for it.
Make sure you set the speed to 333Mhz or else the game plays at half the speed. Adjust the frame skip and internal settings and enjoy.

Emulating is when you play games like Snes games on the computer
And this is soooooooooo old. Like Nick said, I have most of these on my psp, as well

roffle :P
When it comes to copyrights on games, it's the same as anything else - I think, under federal copyright laws in the US, the copyright is valid for 80 years. It is illegal, thus, to pirate the material, ie, emulate, regardless of the age of the game. It's the same reason the RIAA ***** and moan - you're technically "stealing." Oh, and the 24 hour rule is BS folks. I still have no idea where people got such an idea from...
Of course, unlike the RIAA, most developers couldn't care less about pirating because they know they can't really stop people. Especially when it comes to decades old games. Although, it is actually pretty challenging to get decent pirated games due to their size and the new activation key tricks being used.
GoldenDjinn: And exactly what would I be assumed to be arguing about in this matter? STUFF IT IN A SOCK! :D

Enoch: To downgrade you need the Mph Downgrader and the Eboot and the first_psp3 files
I can pm you a site that gives you clearer directions on how to downgrade. The whole root
of the memory stick confused me. :P

So far, I'm down to like 1:12. 0:36 minutes is still a long way to go.

and as for anubis, how about next time you actualy shed some light on the subject, as apposed to only saying "me and nick already knew that", because it makes you sound like a narcissist. :P
