i also like echo, since it oculd do quite a bit of damage

I couldn't say. I generally don't use Djinn that much, preffering to stick to attacks and psyenergy. They do have their uses though, so I prefer any Djinn with a practical use such as reviving, healing or sometimes attacking. Status effecting ones I don't like so much.

Petra helped alot, since it holds the enemy. I also liked that water djinn taht let djinn recover faster for one turn. Really helped if he recovered first after the djinn sing the bosses have.

I haven't played for a while. I know there's a venus djinn in there that, when you use it on a boss, the subject starts hitting itself. It was funny to use it on Dullahan. The black box in the bottom of the screen even states: "Dullahan, stop hitting yourself!" My favorite through ALL the djinni was that mercury djinn with the chilling finishing blow.

Serac? I never really got it to work... *sigh* Me and my luck. I'm not sure if I like any of the earth djinn.. probably the ones that just halt the enemy or lessen the damage..

The wind djinn Whorl or someone else also had a finishing move. Whenever I face friends, I get wasted sometimes because of whorl and the water one.

Ah, eddy! Yes! Invaluable when the Doom Dragon knocks out someone's Djinn, or when you're recovering from summons!

That sounds like a pretty cool Djinn! Makes the enemy hit itself! :o Hmm, I gotta have a look for that one...if it is a real Djinn...which it probably is.

Quartz from GS1 was useful. Yes, reviving. :P

I never really liked Quartz much... I mean, sure, it can revive, but only half HP.. which is useless most of the time when you need full revival. I liked the barrier ones like Granite more..

Granite's good, yes, but the fire one, Flash is waaaaaaaaay better!

Another problem with reviving djinn: THEY DON'T ALWAYS WORK!!! It's really frustrating when you use one and get the message 'but it failed' ARGH!!! Quartz's good at failing.

Yeah.. much better. Reviving djinn are basically a godsend before you get revive and such, but afterwards, it's basically a worthless djinn.

Very true. They are useful if Isaac or Felix's been downed and you can't use 'em to revive (or have no water of life) though.

If I remember rightly, Crystal can be quite useful. Can't remember what it does, but I think I've used it in the past.

I think the venus djinns are kind of far from being helpful. Mercury is the best. Serac and Balm, they can really help.

I think Venus are the least useful yes. It depends what you want though. I often use Mercury and Mars djinn, they're both very useful. Jupiter isn't that bad, but Venus...a lot of room for improvement.

I wouldn't exactly say that Venus is bad, but it's my third favorite.. First being Mercury.. Mainly because they heal and can cause status stuff and just attack.. A very nice variety.

i liked whorl, cause sometimes it drains your enemies spirit, and serac is pretty cool and does some damage, but yea geode is my fav

I probably like Geode and Petra the best.. Petra's the one that turns others to stone, right?

I picked echo because it is the first djinn and is the one that I use the most for offensive djinns!
