GSAR died because of the snobs that owned it, more precisely Kemosabi. Say what you want, but he was a freaking control freak. He came just to rip the GS community and get fame from it. When he saw his fame was dying (trust me his attitude stinks) he tried to create IG which was a complete failure because they didn't have Julian to make their layout :D... Last part was a joke BTW.

Actually I'd have to agree with you guys. But it's still sad in a symbolic (for lack of better word) kind of way. We all knew that the GS community was dying, and we all knew that GSAR was going to go.

As one mentioned earlier, the demise of GSAR is, at the very least, a symbolic loss for the Golden Sun community. All that's left is this site and GSR (which I presume stands for Golden Sun Realm), and that's more in part due to the communities that are still thriving and active (although probably less so...)

I do agree that it was a symbolic loss when GSAR died, but I really don't feel so bad. As most people here said, the staff and the member were pretty big noobs. They swore a lot, tried to get fame, had pretty bad attitudes (most of them, not all), and always jumped to conclusions.

In short...good riddance to the staff and members =P

Hopefully, GSS and GSR can still last a long while while they still can =D

Max said he wouldn't close GSS as long as there's loyal members who visit it. We could definetly shape GSS and build a strong future for it thereby keeping the GS spirit alive in it. Too bad the so-called network discussion is well, gone.
