OK this isnt a "boost your post count with no effort thread" There is no point rating people over and over, although i sympathise to a degree cos i cant remember most of the people I've done now anyways @.@ But even still. Only rate a person if you're sure you haven already done them or if you think you've gotten to know them a little better and want to submit a new score. Otherwise this gets filled up with the same people rating each other over and over, meaning that most people wont be able to contribute as they will already have rated the people doing so.
