And Sheba, Horasu is right, they are cheap, and easy to get that first 10% scroll to work with. Just keep buying gloves, and keep scrolling a 10% for the first time.
And it matches pretty well with all pieces of equips.

Erm, no your not. All the luck mages need is [your lv]+[3] (To equip stuff).
What drugs are you on? The only thing wrong with my mage is the 6/6 for Strength and Dexterity (Rendering me -4 INT ~ouch). My luck changed though. My Assassin rolled a 4/4 for Str and Int in like 5 go's. Real happy about that.
wtf i always remember it having to be double your level, maybe thats another class, grrrrrr well then I guess all my stuff goes to int from now on till im lvl 41 :(

Yes, in fact, there is!!! Let's take a look at... FORMULAS!
Thieves:
Dagger & Throwing Stars - [(LUK * 3.6 + STR + DEX) / 100]* Weapon Attack
I'm assuming your friend is a 2-h sword user...
Warriors:
Two Handed Sword - [(STR * 4.6 + DEX) / 100] * Weapon Attack
As you can see by this formula, "weapon attack" is a much larger factor for thieves than for warriors. Therefore, thieves get higher damage per attack than warriors. On top of that, Assassins revolve around alternate sources for weapon attack. Did you ever wonder why their claws have such low weapon attack? That's because they depend on high attack stars to dish out the damage that can be up to par, or surpass that of other classes. So therefore, since Work Gloves are a form of alternate sources of weapon attack, they benefit Assassins much more than Warriors.
Also, don't forget DAMAGE MULTIPLIERS. Warriors have Power Strike, which deal 260% of the total damage. Assassins have Lucky 7 and, although it is 2 attacks in 1, altogether it deals a whopping 300% damage. Now it's time to go back to equations.
Note: This is supposed to prove another point entirely, so let's pretend all the class damage formulas are the same.
Pretend your character's maximum damage is 1100.
1100 x 3.00 = 3300.
Now, let's imagine a Warrior's maximum damage is 1100.
1100 x 2.60 = 2860.
Now, pretend your neat friend just gave you an awesome 5 attack work glove, which increases your attack by 100. He also gave your Warrior friend a 5 attack work glove, which also increases his attack by 100 (because everybody in this little world has the same damage formula). Now...
1200 x 3.00 = 3600.
1200 x 2.60 = 3120.
See how your damage increases by 300, while your warrior friend's damage increases by 260. This proves that 1 attack to an assassin means much more than 1 attack to a warrior's.
THAT'S ALL, FOLKS!

My funded Assy is coming along quite nicely. I can commandeer my favourite platform in the hunting grounds any time I like. Even mages scram at the sight of me. It's great fun. All I need now is for Gip to unearth some glove attack scrolls at the fire sentinel's, which is where I have him raping and pillaging for some easy cash these days (May as well kill as many birds as I can with the one stone). It's basically just a bonus if he up's a level now.

Oh by the way Wind Dude, Gippal's lv 43 now. I'd PM you like you requested, but typing it here is quicker. Sorry mate.

Sure, the items you recieve are from PQing good, there is absolutely no arguement there. But the way I see it, one is better off fighting where you have alot more freedom and independecny. I'd hate to have mages fight for me. Hell, I didn't even PQ with MY mage.
Anyway, I hardly care. You like PQ and I don't. Big ****ing deal. Just have fun in your own way. Even though it sucks ass.

And, for some reason, I don't know why, maybe you guys can fill me in, scrolls for overall DEX, I see lots of people buying them. Why is this? And how much should I sell mine for.

You think the fact that Anubis, the ruler of your farm refuses to do the peasent work makes your case valid? Well, that's an... Interesting way of thinking, to say the least. I refuse to help in PQ because I say so, why do you think I always want mages in my party? I can sit on my ass and get free exp while they gather the coupons etc. Of course I'm a freeloader, even the Queen's a freeloader, every ruler of every country is a freeloader, what's your point?
Freedom and independancy? You're turningg this into a matter of honor rather than common sense. PQ is faster, more rewarding and less labor. If you disagree, you need to get re-educated. Luckily, I know a few good schools that are positioned far away from farms.

People have "low dex" characters, such as warriors and thiefs, that only need the DEX to equip items or hit enemies. I'll put it this way dude:
You have 1/2 and hour for PQ, most of which you're doing those little puzzle's where you have to stand on the correct boxes ect. While your doing that, Im slaying 3-4 pigs every couple of seconds (depending on spawn of course). This is quite a good intake of exp, however since I am still lower than lv 21 at this point, I'll use a more appropriate example: Horned Mushrooms. 35 exp, OHKO, but crappy income. (Doesn't matter in my case though)
But like I said before Anubis, if you like PQing better, that's up to you. I don't really care. At all. :o

Nicely put, but a little off(not like you at all). Banditsin's use claw's until Savage blow is maxed, which is generally lv 40. There's a lingering memory that they use claw's until 47 actually. When both SB and Mastery are maxed. Bleh, it'll be in a guide on Sleepywood. Everything is.
You see, if you stopped using claw's at lv 30 as a banditsin, you'd be doing about 50 damage per savage blow, and that case, you'd might as well attack without skills. Trust me; Been there, done that.

The snoballs practically suck because they are as strong as wolbis. They do not have anything that raises their attack.
They are just expensive because they are rare, like a panlid.
Am I correct?
Someone is selling scroll for glove 10% 400k. That cheap?

I level 31, and like 30% xx; anyways Here is something someone at the forum I goto found, enjoi..
Ossyria *Orbis, Aqua Village, and El Nath*
To reach Ossyria, players must take a boat from the magician town of Ellinia. Depending on your current level and the version of the game you play, the trip can cost anywhere from 3000 to 80,000 mesos. The ship departs every 30 minutes in GMS, and every 15 minutes in JMS/KMS/CMS/MSEA. However, you must get into the waiting room of the ship 1 minute before departure time, shown on the dock. While in transit between Victoria Island and Ossyria, one of the strongest monsters in MapleStory, the Crimson Balrog, may attack the ship. Only characters strong enough to survive the attacks and interested in battling the Crimson Balrog should stay on the main deck. Lower-levels should enter the cabin, or risk being killed.
Currently in Ossyria, there are three towns: Orbis, Aqua Village and El Nath. The boat will take you to Orbis, a city on the top of a mountain. Monsters such as Pixies, Cellions, Lioners, Grupins, and Nependeaths can be found there. Also, in the jMS/kMS/cMS/MSEA versions, you can create or join a guild in the guild building, a luxurious-looking building located through the upper-left platform in Orbis.
El Nath, the snowy town, can be reached by going through the 20 floors of Orbis Tower, which contains monsters such as Sentinels, Leattys, and Jr. Pepes. The roads in El Nath are "slippery", and may cause your character to slide around. This can be remedied by using the snowshoe of your class. Also, the El Nath area, excluding towns and insides of buildings, causes your HP to drop due to cold. Only way to prevent this is eating hot soup which can be purchased from NPCs around the El Nath area. The third job advancement must be made through one of the four chiefs of El Nath. You can find monsters such as Leattys, Pepes, Hectors, White Pangs, Yetis, and Yeti-and-Pepes in El Nath.
If you keep going past El Nath, a dungeon can be found. It is avaliable only to players above level 50, and is full of powerful monsters. In the El Nath Dungeon, players can find Dark Yetis, Werewolves, Lycanthropes, Zombies, Flyeyes, Cerebes (Cerebi?), and Bains. Past all these monsters is a shrine in which the most powerful monster of all, Zakum, can be summoned.
Also Aqua Road (currently released only in KMS, JMS, and CMS also in MSEA Accidental Release ) is located below Orbis Tower. It is an underwater world that requires an oxygen tank. If it is not worn, you will lose 10 HP every 5 seconds. If you go deeper into the ocean, you will find yourself in a village under water. Inside the village is a shop selling weapons/armors half their normal price of what El Nath and Orbis sells but JMS and CMS also in (MSEA Accidental Release) don't have the Aqua Village yet.
Ossyria *Ludibrium and Omega Sector*
Ludibrium, a toy-themed town, is currently released on the South Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese versions of MapleStory. To get to Ludibrium, you must ride a flying train from Orbis Station. The toll is 3000 mesos per ticket. Ludibrium is actually part of the Ossyria continent. The ship departs every 15 or 30 minutes, but you must to arrive in the waiting room of the train 1 minute before departure time, shown at the dock. Unlike the flying ship from Ellinia to Orbis, no monsters will show up during the ride to attack you.
There are two towns in this area of Ossyria: Ludibrium, and Omega Sector (also known as Earth Defense Base). Like in Ossyria, you can go down to the Earth Defense Base by going down a tower called the Eos/Dibrium Tower in Ludibrium. However, this tower is 100 stories tall, rather than 20. There are many quests in Eos/Dibrium Tower, like "The Lost Guard". If you complete this quest, you get 20 Eos/Dibrium Tower scrolls. You need three of them to fully descend the Eos/Dibrium Tower.
Other Eos/Dibrium Tower, Lubridium includes maps and training grounds such as the Toy Factory, the Time Trail, the Cloud Terrace, the Sky Terrace, and Terrace Hall. In Ludibrium, the castle monsters aren't very stong. However, if you go deeper into the Time Trail and Toy Graveyard, you will find some of the strongest monsters in MapleStory.
On the 101st floor of the Eos/Dibrium Tower, there is a party quest for characters from level 35-50. It requires 6 people, and has 9 stages in total. At the end of the quest, there is a bonus stage with many boxes. You have only one minute to break open as many boxes as you can. These boxes release lots of meso and various items/equips. As a final prize, an NPC will reward you with an item.
In the Omega Sector, there are a large number of quests to be completed. These quests are mainly given by the Mesorangers, the MapleStory version of the Power Rangers. All monsters found in this area are "aliens".
Jipang
Jipang is JMS-exclusive area. The only two ways to Jipang - one is to take a "bird taxi" on top of Kerning City, the other is to use a potion/scroll, sold in the Shouwa Town sauna. There are two towns located in Jipang - Mushroom Village and Shouwa Town.
In Mushroom Village most of the stores sell food. Also, found in the villiage is the Mushroom Shrine. If you go a bit deeper past the shrine, you will find a hidden street area - Graveyard Road. It contains a lot of dark and undead monsters.
Shouwa Town has a lot of rare items on sale, but at very high prices. There is also a sauna, hair salon, and hospital. Also, in the center of the city, you can find Yakuza Mansion, a huge mansion full of scores of strong monsters and bosses that very few people dare to enter. In the mansion there are five bosses: Gunboss, Anego (Female Gunboss), Bodyguard A, Bodyguard B, and Grandpa Gunboss.
Happyville (Event Town)
A Christmas town in the MapleStory world. There are three ways to get to Happyville - in Ellinia, in El Nath, and in Ludibrium. You could only get to this place during the month of December. In this town, NPC sells Christmas ornaments and letters that can be hung on gigantic trees located throughout the city.
Marriage Town (Event Town)
This town is available exclusively in the Chinese version of MapleStory. Happy couples can get married in the temple in this town, decorated lavishly with Chinese traditional ornaments. The marriage reflects many similarities with Chinese traditions. In this town, NPC's sell wedding overalls, such as a wedding dress and a tuxedo, and various cakes.

And I've been training on boars cause I can kill them in 1-2 hits. Which is very very fast :D I usually begin with fire boars at 35 but I figured that:
Faster killing + less exp = faster leveling
Slower kililng + more exp = slower leveling D:
I leveled and am now at fire boars. 1-2 hits now n.nV
[EDIT]
And, I am NOT a fast leveler << I might have gotten to 36 starting Nov. 16 to now but, one of my warrior friends got to 50 in a month (sword fighter), and two other axe fighters got to 60 in nearly 6 weeks and in 2 weeks x.x;

I never realised how many Australian's played on The Official Maple Story. Every time I sit down to recharge, I look at the recent chat when I get back and there's always a "Australian's rock" or "Go Australia" remark. Kinda cool if you ask me. Once I had some guy yelling "Aussie Aussie Aussie" at me while I was hunting. **** it was funny.

Anyway, have you got another set of Kumbi for sale phantom? I've finally saved up enough for another pair and I thought I'd grace yourself with 250k rather than one of the other half a million Maple Story players.

What I just said will obviously NOT be obvious to you, so, just know that if a (let's say) 100% scroll gives you +1.. att...A 60% will give you +3 and a 10% will give you +5.
The End.

Exactly
When you use 7 100% scrolls it makes a slain 33 attack, when you mix a few 60% in there, its a 35+. So its worth it.
And 60% only add 2, not 3 to attack.

Then he/she said, alright, it will open in 20 sec, then click on the guy. So I kept doing it, and I got into it, (my first link) Then after a while, it goes to the actuall thing, where you can only use shortrange attacks and you have to move the snowball fastest. At the other end, there is a snowman which by hitting it stalls the other persons snowball. I think that I lost, I am prretty sure I did. But I got a trophy, and it can sell for 30k in stores.

STR should be Your level +5 (A level 10 should have 15 STR) if you're going to go with bows. All the rest should be put into DEX.
STR should be your level (A level 10 should have 10 STR.) if you're going with the crossbow. All the rest should be put into DEX.
Arrow Blow is more widely used with crossbowman, and Double shot is seen more with hunters.
From level 11 to 15, use a melee weapon in mushroom garden. At level 15, switch to the level 15 bow or level 13 crossbow. Train in mushroom garden until level 18-19, and in that case, train just outside of it, at the slimes/pigs/tree stumps and ribbon pigs.

Anyway, go to Perion. Be level 10, have 35 strength, 20 dexterity and luck + Intelligence 4/5 each. If your hung up on being perfect. If your not, just make sure you have 35 strength. The rest can be whatever for warrior's.
And if your on the Scania server, add me to your buddies. I'll help you out massively. (Infinite life is a great bonus)

I know, I hate it. When your a higher level noobs expect you to either
A)Have tree branches
B)Give Free Meso
C)Train them
Even assassins at my own level trade request me, and show off thier internet penis. AKA Puts a 10 attack wg, 7 sets of steelies and a 40 attack gigantic. Just to boost thier egos a bit, I respond saying
"I care?"
Anyways
Within 10% worth of training, I found a set of steelies, the joys of my life.

I was very skeptical there ^_^
Anyways, Since im at school I cant play MS. =( I want to play during study hall but cant. =(
And you should buy tobi if your kinda low on cash, They are great I have 4 sets of them. And even just a 2 attack workglove will change all your tobi to steely damage. But, With me right now I have 72 weapon attack.
39 Attack Dark Gigantic
25 Attack Steelies
8 Attack Workglove
I also train on warrior pots to help my damage increase even further.
About 80% of the time I 1 hit KO Copper Drakes, and I 3 hit KO firedrakes. They are pretty good exp, but I think im going to head for Wild Cargo, I leveled to level 61 there and I think I might continue it, The typical mage and sin KS assholes are very common in firedrakes.

In the 40's I trained in Copper Drakes, those were so much fun. In the Low 50's I was kinda at a lose of where to go, so I went to golems and croco's. At the mid 50's, this is key, I went to hectors. I got amazing item drops such as tobi, lots of kumbi (9), and 9 green napoleons. Thats when I hit 60, at 60, I kinda got bored and started socializing with people, it proved to be alot of fun. But when I heard jobs were comming out I began my training once again. If I run into anyone from GSSF just say so, And Ill be happy to haste you, But I do have issues with asking for money, no offense. Just because I post on forums with you, does not entitle you to free meso. Oh, Also, I am not selling the Steely, I was entending to buy another set if I didnt find any by level 62. But I did, so :P
-Edit-
Also, I do not only have 120k, I put ALL my meso (so Im down to 0) in the bank every time I refill stars etc. That why its easy for me to see if I am making a good profit while training, and also to keep me from spending money I shouldnt. I cant help but to buy things for girls friends I have in this game, they look so sad when I pull out a gold board, so when i found another one I gave it to her. =/ Also bought a red whip for another one.
