Patch 3.3 = Teh Awesomezorz!!!!!

The first night it was out, my guild did 4/4 (cleared) bosses in Icecrown Citadel 25 man (ICC).
Also did the random heroics as a tank and got 60 badges in 2 hours and got a new piece of tanking gear from the Tier 9 Vendor =D.

Also, if anyone is a rogue, Mutilate is the freaking beast spec now. It has nothing on combat at all.
They redid Deadly poison to where when you have 5 stacks on the target, everytime it's reapplied/refreshed, your main hand poison automatically procs. So you put Instant Poison on the Main Hand and Deadly on the offhand. In the end, the Instant Poison procs do more damage than Melee....IT'S FUCKING AMAZING!!!!!!

I did 2500 DPS as a 77 Rogue.....A FUCKING 77 ROGUE ON A NON HEROIC BOSS.....WTF?!?!?!

Yeah, 3.3 is godly =D

Come over to Europe and then we can talk, but yeah my DPS in the past 3 days has ranged from 1.5k to 3.3K, like the new buff that arcane mages bring (Even though we don't exactly need anymore buffs...) and I got some nice weapons from the new instances in heroic. As well as on my way to the third piece of my tier 9.

Would like to start raiding, but not sure exactly when and where I should start.

Currently 43, lvling has slowed right down since hitting 40 which is surprising, but then again I've been doing a lot of RPing with mah guild which is a lot of fun actually. Really looking forward to 58 so I can go to outland. Gonna attempt to reach 50 this weekend.

Patch 3.3 is pretty much the best thing ever. I would have liked some elemental shaman changes but oh well.

ICC is pretty good so far. We got up to the gunship battle but had to call it because of restarts.

Seriously, just start by joining a raid guild. If you get tier 9 from emblems you're pretty much good to go for icc 10man and any normal mode ToC raid.

There is a boat from Stormwind to the docks in Darkshore, so unless you are levelling in Tanaris or the Tirisfal glades, it shouldn't be too difficult to get there.

If you're thinking about Feral Druid in the long run, beware, it is literally the hardest DPS rotation in the game right now.

My brother plays a Boomkin(Moonkin) with offspec Feral, he was thinking about going feral for our raids because our guild leader already has enough Boomkins in the guild. We found out about the rotation, asked our guild leader if he still wanted us to do it, and he said screw that and stay feral, lolz.

I was talking to Tom, telling me to go get some easy T9. I'm aware of how much of a pain feral DPS is, the only diff in the rotation since TBC is the addition of savage roar which poses all sorts of timing problems.

Added a socket to his belt and gemmed it + his ring with +24 stam. Then I changed +10 All stats on his chest to +22 def rating, put +15 expertise on his gloves and put +20 def rating on his shield. I replaced a blue ring with an emblem ring. Whatchu think, Thanatos? Should he get rid of the 10 resil 15 stam gem on his helm and put in some pure stam or pure hr/expertise?

The Gear is looking great for tanking man.

I'm going to help gem and enchant you to be able to tank instances while sleeping and have a chance to get into a guild that does ICC 10 mans so that if you want to gear some good gear, they know you have the smarts on how to enchant and gem your gear.

For Geming, this is what you need to do.
I'm also going to post just Epic versions of the gems that you want.

Get this Meta Gem http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41380. Armor and Stamina is key for any tank in ICC. Heroics don't require Avoidance gemming anymore, and neither does end game content, you get that all with the gear from badges/instances.

Use this Purple Gem http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40139, to meet your red gem requirement for your Meta Gem, and put it in your shoulders, because that's the best socket I can see with your gear.

Everything else, socket pure Stamina http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40119.


For Enchanting, I'll just go down the list.

Helm - http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44150
Shoulders - http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44957 If you want more Stam or http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50337 if you're looking for the Avoidance. I personally see about the same on all of the good warrior tanks in our server.

It seems a lot of resto druids are gemming pure SP now adays, aren't they? I would, but I'm a lil afraid of mana problems I may have so for now I think I'll stick to the spirit/sp+int gems I've got. :3 Any critiques on spec/gear/enhancements/glyphs?

I took the cheap way out on a few enchants, and I haven't enchanted my cloak yet (Got it just before I logged off). Also need to change a few gems I had left over from a short stint at a fire spec, but yeah Arcane mages are not exactly hard to gem / Enchant for "Requirement for Chaotic sky flare meta > Everything else spellpower".

Well, you won't be getting any more threat from shield slam since they lowered the damage. It works out so that your threat should be the same but your damage will be a little lower.

I've kinda been levelling my druid mostly lately, got it to 70 yesterday and I think I might just leave WoW until either next holidays start, or I finish school.. I might have to make it til i finish school, cause I'm really lacking in the: a: doing schoolwork and b: doing anything department these days.

Warrior is going sorta swell, 5064 GS (needle encrusted scorpion too :P) but still needa get a few more DPS bits (back, ring and trinket I think). After that should be swell. Am still yet to actually down a boss in any raids (other than weeklies) as my guild is kinda very scrub.. But their hearts are in it!

Is anyone else excited about this stuff other than me??

Latest one is my current UI obviously, recreated it so I could work my unit frames and combat shit into my main UI bulk at the bottom of the screen. Started our weekly ICC semi guild run today (6 guild members), and we one shotted every boss up to Sindragosa, and proceeded to wipe 11 times. We got to phase 3 every time though, only real problem was the healers (One specific healer who we are not inviting back to the continuation on Monday... who didnt even fucking move everytime she was Ice Blocked).

Only got a couple of upgrades (HC Muradins Spyglass, a wand and Revered Ashen ring), but was guuud.

To tell you guys the truth, I can't go back to that game.
It unfortunately took a toll on my life for 6 years that I'm trying to get back slowly but surely.

Yes, it's a great game. Yes, I enjoyed most of my time flexing my epeen at you guys and wanting to help you guys out.
I just can't go back though, once I do, I'll start being too addicted again and not play any other games or hang out with anyone in this town.
That game, like I said before, took a toll on my life that I'll most likely never get back.

If you guys want the full story, I'll post it, but it's too late at night/early in the morning for me and I'm exhausted from today.

I've been playing the game since day 1 and I still love it. Of course it gets boring at times but its still the best mmorpg out there in my opinion.
