I lost one Blitz game in FFX - the first one against the Luca Goers. After that ... I'm on a never ending winning streak and I must have played nearly a hundred matches. o.o;;;;; I was a little obsessed with it to say the least. I think any team in it has the potential to thrash everyone else. I don't know why I specifically went and recruited loads of Psyches, it just happened that way. I also nabbed Graav and Balgerda from the Goers though for my defenders. ^^

Ronso aren't bad. Gazna Ronso's endurance at the beginning (20) might seem like a lot. Later, however, his endurance barely rises as he gains levels.

Brother is an excellent midfielder. I'm now using him instead of Graav.

I use Graav as a defender, which is probably a waste of his abilities, but he gets the job done. ^^;; I've never been able to recruit any Ronsos, the other teams always snap them up before me! :P

I still need to cross the Sea of Sorrow and beat Seymour Ominis as well. I'm so not going to fight the Behemoth Kings anymore. They weren't hard, but once they cast Meteor, my whole party got annihilated. Auron gets killed too, and he has over 6000 HP...

I was talking about after you beat Ominis, there are several doors, and you need to kill 10 fiends to open them. This is inside Sin. And the sea of Sorrow is evil. And a tip for Ominis, he can't kill aeons, use that to your advangtage.

Nah, he just uses ultima, and I hope you're strong enough to survive it. And it helps to summon Ifrit first turn.

And maybe its because i backtracked and went into the sea of sorrow for treasure.

What I hate about the Sea of Sorrow is that the whole map doesn't show when you first enter, so it's a little hard to navigate around the area.

For some reason, I don't use Ifrit much anymore...

And many of the enimies in Sin use fire based attacks, so Ifrit doen't die so easily.

Well, in order to get the Magus Sisters, you need to defeat all aeons at Remiem Temple in the Calm Lands, and that includes Yojimbo and Anima. I defeated Sin without too much trouble without Anima, though.

Cool. Before I fought Seymour Flux, my friends at school who've played FFX said that he was really hard. When I fought him, he was so easy. I killed him with Bahamut's Mega Flare, which did over 22,000 damage.

The Angra Mainyu in the Bikanel Desert? That thing took me between half an hour to an hour to beat. It had 333,444 HP. It was nothing compared to Trema in the Via Infinito, however. 999,999 HP...he took forever to beat.

And I doubt you could defeat Angra Mainyu in 15 minutes due to excessive healing and 333,444 HP, but you might've, though I wouldn't believe you. It took me a little over 30 minutes to beat it, and my characters were around 75. What level were your characters when you defeated Angra Mainyu?

Shinra was that child computer genius aboard Celsius, he's part of the Gullwings.

I didn't master many dresspheres. I found myself barely using the special dresspheres, since they only gave the user the experience.

Alright, I just checked Keepa's endurance and at 99, it's 45. My defenders get an attack of 50(Judda) and 73(Ropp) at 99. Keepa would just get the ball taken away for sure by Ropp every time.

However, the higher the shot, it decreases faster and much more than a lower shot. Shooting for full court with a 99 shot would probably decrease it below 55 before it even reaches the goal.

I won the game 3-2, in overtime. In the first half, Abus scored, then Tidus scored, making the score 1-1. Then, in the second half, Tidus scored again using Jecht Shot, but then Wakka came in. Bickson scored, and it was 2-2. In overtime however, Wakka scored using Venom Shot and I won the game!

It is, but i only found one use for it, Yunalesca. It was cool so that Yuna never got hit, and just Pwned her. And Auron just deals like the damage max now.

You make your enemy a zombie, then use a phoenix down. You know the Zombi Evrae, you can kill it with only 2 phoenix downs.

It's fun to name aeons. If you want to rename them, you need a Rename Card, which you win in blitzball whenever you're a top scorer.

I used the default names for my aeons when I played through X the first time, then I gave them different names the next time around. I can't remember what those names were though ... :)

I usually do that with characters when I play through FF games numerous times. At first it's too confusing if they don't have their default names! ><

Considering he has Break Damage Limit from the start, yes, he destroys most enemies. Bosses, however, are a different story. I always save Bahamut for last against them, and summon the other aeons to perform their overdrives whenever I want.

When boses have low HP, you should use him, so you use megaflare and defeat him.

I just said that. The problem with the aeons' overdrives is that it delays them for five turns or so.

That is why you use it at the end, because then the enemy would PWN you.

I know. I save Bahamut. The others...I don't care, as long as they unleash their overdrive. Auron is so powerful that his normal attacks do 9999 damage. Tidus can do that much damage with normal attacks, but only on the less armored enemies.

I NEVER use Wakka. In fact, he is my least favourite videogame character.

I tried to get Lu's Onion Knight, but fell short at about 60 lightning bolts. Quite fustrated, I never tried again.
I got Kimahri's Spirit Lance after much effort though. For Kimahri, anything.

I know the locations of all of them, but i don't have the Celestrial Mirror, so i can't get them. :P

To get the Celestial Mirror, you need the Cloudy Mirror, which you get by racing the chocobo in Remiem Temple and winning. Wakka can seriously do a lot of damage, but I hardly use him. I need the Celestial Mirror as well, but getting the Jupiter Crest and Sigil for Wakka is so easy.

You have to through a couple of steps:

1. Go to the save sphere in Macalania Woods-South. There should be a woman and her son. The woman will say that her husband was supposed to meet her.

2. Go to the camp site. Talk to the guy and his wife there three times until the wife says that her son is missing. This makes the person blocking the shimmering path to move out of the way.

3. Go up the shimmering path. At the intersection, head north and you shall see this boy in front of a circular crystal. He'll move out of the way, and you can use the crystal to trnsform the cloudy mirror to the celesial mirror.

I'm replaying FFX again. But not like started over.. Right now I'm trying to get to Omega Weapon... I defeated his shadow.. But the shadow was friggin easy! I did an overdrive with Anima and it did <<OVERKILL>>. The attack points she did was 99,999. Now off to the real Omega...

He has it, and is about 100 times harder. Example, if you doom him, it takes 235 turns. and people have killed him with doom.

To get Jecht Shot 2, you need to have Tidus' three key techniques, which you can learn by Techcopy. Here are the moves:
Venom Tackle (or Venom Tackle 2)
Drain Tackle
Anti-Venom 2

I think Omega Weapon has 99,999 HP. I might be wrong. If I manage to get Kimahri to learn Nova, he would be much better.

In all games I've ever played, magic was my weakest strength. I've always been strongest with melee characters with swords, etc. That's why Auron and Tidus are my strongest characters.

Yeah, it's the Lady Luck Dressphere. I was lucky to win the tournament the forst time I did it ... it's very difficult! I haven't been able to win it since. :(

I think you can also get that dressphere if you beat Shinra at Sphere Break in Chapter 5, so it's not so hard to get.

I got the dressphere after beating Shinra in chapter 5. I had to keep re-trying because he was so hard. I haven't played Sphere Break since I beat X-2.

Well, it depends. Where are you in the game? Anyways, here are some general tips I can give you:
1. Do some training, I found that really useful during any game.
2. Whenever solving puzzles, take your time.
3. During battles, have a good strategy for defeating enemies.

Just try and go as far as you can, and don't be suprised by the battle system. It was never ment for a menu based RPG, but they didn't care.

I loved the dressphere system. Yes, its a little complicated at first, but after about an hour (2 hours max), you should have the hang of them. If not, REALLY try. lol. What are you having trouble with especially?

I like the dressphere system because everyone can learn different things. Then there are the Lores (Bushido Lore, Sword Lore, etc.), which let the character(s) use moves from other dresspheres. Example: Bushido=Samurai Dressphere

Don't worry, the dresspehre took me ages as well, but later on they really come in handy, especcially the speical ones.

No offense, but; duh. She is half Al-bhed (have green eyes) and half, uh... human, who don't have green eye's.

At first, I was confused as hell like you, but after I found out that her dad married an Al bhed chick, all was clear.

The dressphere system was actually pretty easy to figure out in no time at all. It took me longer to figure out the Sphere Grid, although that too was easy, than the dressphere system.

The DS system owned. yes, it was pretty customisable (not a word, I know), but materia will never be beaten. Ever.

I don't find myself using Rikku much in X. She has horrible physical attacks and her only strong pointsare stealing and using Al Bhed Potions.

Which is nullified once you have the rest of your characters learn "steal".

My freind, Rikku's only good point is her "Mix" Overdrive. And her looks lol. I thought it a little weird that Mix became an ability that you can use every turn in FFX-2 also. Hmmm. Why did Overdrives go out of fashion I wonder?

It would have been nice if overdrives were able to be used in X-2, an overdrive for each dressphere, and each girl performing it differently.

They kind of are. Swordplay (Name of Tidus's Overdrives), Bushido (Name of Auron's overdrives), Mix (See above), Blue Bullet (Okay, a little different, but the concept is the same. See what I mean. Good thing though that you can use them more often.

Heh, in FFX, I had Triple overdrive on kimahri. I really enjoyed running into 3 feinds, using fire/stone breath on them (killing them all) and refilling the overdrive guage. Very fun. I dont have Nova yet...

Hardly ever used'em. Except when I wanted to complete them (still havent done it).

Auron's was my favourite bunch off overdrives.
Yuna's wasn't all that great in looks, but giving Bahamut 2 overdrives in a row is something not to pass up. Or even Anima. *drools*

I wonder how many people know yuna has a green eye and a blue eye? Not many apparently
