As for Wii extras... I dunno. :/ Possibly the Virtual Console?
That is a fabulous idea that would never happen. It could even be something like Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles in combat, instead using the DS as a controller on the Wii's big screen too, which is also like Pokemon Battle Revolution.
The idea of having extras with the GBA games is also a great idea, and more feasible - maybe your party stats/djinn/money get transferred over? The possibilities are endless.

If I want to play as Alex, I'd rather play as him at the end of TLA, when he finally has the Golden Sun.

I would only be happy with it if Camelot could convince the player that Alex has an acceptable motive, which would essentially be recycling the plot of The Lost Age.

The possibilities are endless. ^^
Congitate... congitate... congitate.
So many things that can happen. ^^
Ponder.. ponder... ponder...
...Nope, nothing!
It'd be cool to play as Alex, Saturos, Menardi, Agatio, and Karst. It'd also be nice if you could create your own personal character and set him/ her as any Adept you want.( EX: Venus, Jupiter, Mercury, Mars) Or even combine some. ( Such as learn some moves from two or more elements. Another ex:Character has learned Pure Cure, Pyroclasm, Grand Gaia, Inferno, Spark Plasma, and Ply.) Possibly something that could/could never happen.

Issac broke it too. All through the first game, he never says a word. In LA, he suddenly has a voice.

I don't know where they'd go with the story either, but that's most likely due to my lack of creativity with Golden Sun.

This doesn't look fake at all. Seems like, even after 4.5 years since TLA's release, Camelot's still interested in the Golden Sun series. Nintendo has even asked them to make a third installment!

One more thing, that Wii game that you mentioned has turned out to be a fake. If you zoom in on that picture, in the bottom left-hand corner, it says, 'Created by finalfantaseer22'.
Just a few tips to help out. So glad that you're becoming an active member :(

They said the reason they haven't already made a 3rd GS is because they don’t want it to be even better than the last 2 games, they just don’t’ want to rush in and make the 3rd GS.
Right now I can't seem to find the article in which I read this from, but when I do I'll post it up here.
It came out about a month or two ago.

I didn't read the entirety of the topic, but I didn't think that was important.
And why wouldn't they? I'm not a fan of Sonic games or Metroid games, but I still remember them. Of course they are more popular series than Golden Sun, but all I was saying is that because Golden Sun hasn't had new games for a while the general video gaming population is probably forgetting about it, which is sad.
I'm not trying to debate here.

Well I`m not trying to start an arguement, so don`t accuse me of ****. All I was pointing out is that what you posted has been posted many, many times, that is all. So shut the fuck up and stop thinking that every bit criticism ----

No, but I`m sure there are many a game that are kickass that you heard of a few times and have completely forgotten about. Why pay attention to the development of a series that 1)you aren`t interested in and 2)might not even be made?
You might not have started that way, but you clearly are by argueing my statements.

I imagine Alex would almost definitely have an influence in a sequel. Not only is he undeveloped as a character, the fact that he remains the most powerful being on the planet at the end of TLA almost guarantees some sort of future appearance.
#868
Posted 03 June 2009 - 09:21 AM
Maybe the story will follow the ignorant attempts to once again seal away alchemy, but they would need a pretty complex plot for that to work since we of course know they can't do that.
#870
Posted 03 June 2009 - 09:39 AM
But of course, while some characters may be descendants that doesn't mean they all have to be. Alchemy would have extended the lives of the original heroes.
Some people think the fire guy may be an older Garret, which could work, but I think it's unlikely.
