I'm kinda the same as Aqua; theres hot girls, but when I think about what it would be like in a relationship with them, I know it would never work.

I was in that boat, I think, before I found my first girlfriend. We had a few things in common, but looking back, it certainly wasn't enough to commit to a relationship. But because we decided to try it, it lasted 15 months. For the most part, it was a good thing, and it was a great learning experience.

Now I've found someone who I just totally match with, we share a lot of common interests like basketball and writing, and because I've learned what not to do from a failed relationship, I know how to make this one better for both of us.

So in conclusion, I'm in a pretty good situation and I think all you can do is give a relationship a chance, and if it ends, it ends.

You know your first relationship is never going to last, I knew that from the moment I was interested in the girl. The first one is the hardest, but probably the most useful as you learn the ropes if you like :ph34r:, know about not what to do aroudn girls etc. Of course, it changes with different girls and their preferences, but you'll learn them fast.

My mom knew somebody who's first relationship, lasted until marriage, and is still going strong.

They're just lucky then. In the first relationship, you're going to make mistakes because you dont really have anything to base it on. It's suprising to hear that, skidz.

Ya it is very unusual, but it happens sometimes.
