It's a typical RPG, a lot like GS infact, but well worth your cash. The storyline gets kinda confusing from time to time, and occaisonally you have to use some "unorthodox" ways to get past obstacles/continue on your quest. You can assign any character any job (class), and their growth rates aren't determined by who they are. Only the class determines that. I'm sure it'll be a good game generally, no matter what type of game you like. The only real way to see if it is good is to get it yourself.

The wi-fi does suck though. Mainly because it's only for chating. Which is something that's built right into the DS anyway. D: It's pretty easy to use the stylus to navigate, but it's much more convenient to use the D-Pad. The graphics are what got me though. Square Enix never ceases to amaze me in that section.
