always keep a pocket-knife with you, you never know when you need to cut something.
a man's best friend is not his dog, but a good piece of rope, or a roll of duct tape.
if you can win at Risk, you can win at Life, and Monopoly.
that's it for now.

I bought a hardback strategy guide for FFXII and it turned out to be cheaper than the paperback one because it was preowned.

I didn't say it was a better language. I said it was a nice language. And yes, Italian is better than French. In order, these are my favorite languages:
English
Italian
French
German and Japanese

I interpret all foreign languages by comparing the words to english. Say something in a foreign language, and watch as I completely mistranslate it.

Jay kay, I can only translate Italian and French myself. I can translate a couple words in Japanese and German, but then...yeah.

It was Friday evening. He wouldn't be asleep at 12 PM. On Fridays and Saturdays I always go to bed at about 1-2 AM.
Anyhow, he was awake, just as we had suspected. When he opened the door, the five of us who were there screamed "Happy Birthday!" and then he took us all out for drinks, but one guy couldn't have a beer because he was driving us...

Two quick comments: 1) Most imprudent yahoos lost interest in their own future long before they joined Me111's coalition of unregenerate jerks and incontinent turncoats, and 2) to Me111's mind, people are pawns to be used and manipulated. So that means that he should use scapegoating as a foil to draw anger away from more accurate targets because "it's the right thing to do", right? No, not right. The truth is that Me111 is far more interested in fattening himself on the various processes of decay in our society than he is in helping us debunk the nonsense spouted by his associates. And that's why I'm writing this letter; this is my manifesto, if you will, on how to improve the physical and spiritual quality of life for the population at present and for those yet to come. There's no way I can do that alone, and there's no way I can do it without first stating that I don't know which are worse, right-wing tyrants or left-wing tyrants. But I do know that I am convinced that there will be a strong effort on Me111's part to shout obscenities at passers-by in the coming days. This effort will be disguised, of course. It will be cloaked in deceit, as such efforts always are. That's why I'm informing you that Me111 wants us to believe that we can solve all of our problems by giving him lots of money. We might as well toss that money down a well, because we'll never see it again. What we will see, however, is that what we have been imparting to Me111 -- or what he has been eliciting from us -- is a half-submerged, barely intended logic, contaminated by wishes and tendencies we prefer not to acknowledge. In every country, there are dastardly worrywarts who are every bit as paltry as Me111. No joke. Tell me something: To what degree is he going to reinforce the concept of collective guilt that is the root of all prejudice? I mean, his lieutenants believe that he is a tireless protector of civil rights and civil liberties for all people. It should not be surprising that they believe this, however. As we all know, minds that have been so maimed that they believe that Man's eternal search for Truth is a challenge to be avoided at all costs can believe anything, especially if it's false.
Regardless of whether we consider Me111 a lunatic, an evil aggressor, or whatever, we mustn't let him force his moral code on the rest of us. That would be like letting the Mafia serve as a new national police force in Italy. I have a scientist's respect for objective truth. That's why I'm telling you that an armed revolt against Me111 is morally justified. However, I feel that it is not yet strategically justified. I don't mean to scare you, but if you're the type who dares to think for yourself, then you've probably already determined that his ravings are geared toward the continuation of social stratification under the rubric of "tradition". Funny, that was the same term that Me111's helpers once used to restructure the social, political, and economic relationships throughout the entire society. Now that you've read this letter, let me challenge you, the reader, not just to help me speak out against behavior and speech that is intended to paint people of different races and cultures as untoward alien forces undermining the coherent national will, but also to educate others about what I've written.
