wd, it's fish slaps for you because we haven't broken up. marriage is in our future. He can be dumb about some things but I love him. Though unless we have to get married so he can stay in nz, we're going for a long engagement. pam and roy style. y'know, without the breaking up at the end. So we're not entirely idiots.
toasty, you can still ride couch, he gets the bed.

Happiest month of your life eh? It's good to hear that... I've noticed that when my life isn't all that great I like hearing that other's lives are. It just kinda lifts my spirits. Since March was one of the worst months in the past couple of years for me... Almost everything that could be ****ed up WAS ****ed up. Hopefully April will bring some changes...

Well, they're not all about sex and relationships, and they're actually the least of my worries in a way... Though I haven't been doing at all well with the ladies in the past two months, and that definitely is one of my woes. Not only can I not find a girlfriend, I can't even seem to get ****ing laid like I used to.
Anyways, there are problems at academy. We've finally got some serious scenes to do(I'm at acting academy) and they're not going well. I simply can't think properly, I can't think the way an actor is supposed to. And thinking is actually the most important part of acting, and that's what people commonly refer to as 'talent'.
Next up, I'm not happy about myself, the person that I've become, and that's been bothering me... Also, for very good and serious reasons, my whole future seems pretty ****ed up.
Bah, I don't really feel like talking anymore about my problems. The main thing is, I believe I've been thinking about stuff WAY too much and that's what's gotten me into this psychological and emotional mess. I have started to feel a little better as of late though...
Anyhow, back on topic. On Monday I was at my best friend's birthday party, and her sister was hitting on to me all ****ing evening. And as much as I would have liked to make out with her, I didn't because I would have felt awful afterwards. Hooking up with a friends sister is something I have always found wrong and avoided doing... And she kept grabbing me to dance and stuff and I just kinda danced at a distance and then would simply turn around and dance with somebody else, or sit down. So yeah...

Stop thinking on the stage. When on stage, you're supposed to become an entirely new person: The person you're portraying as an actor. Read the lines they're supposed to say, and think hard about what that person's personality is like. Then become that person.
If you can do that, then you won't have to think, because it'll come naturally.

Yes. For me it's almost as if my mind has thought through the situation and decided that it's completely safe and good, but my body's natural instinct feels that something is wrong so it begins to quake.

nt rly. If I feel insecure about doing something it never shows on my body or face; honestly, they're always rock steady. It's my mind that tends to lower my confidence.
Anyhow, I don't have a girlfriend, but there are four "potential" girls in my life atm. In the end, I'll probably manage to hook up with only two of them, and only one will most likely be a real relationship, but it's still nice to have so many possibilities! -_-

Well, the thing is, that's not really how it goes. I don't know if it's this way everywhere, but here in Serbia, ie Belgrade, a guy that has a rep for being a womanizer is more popular with male and female friends, AND more girls want to be with him, most of which will actually want a real relationship. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about. And although I agree it shouldn't be this way, it simply is.
The downside is that such a person has a lot of trouble finding a girl he would actually want to be with in a relationship, because the girls that fancy him are mostly sluts and/or slightly younger girls that want to be with an older guy with such a rep so that people notice her.
I don't care though, I only have one life and I'm going to enjoy it. Out of all the girls I'm going to be with in the future, the must be at least a couple with whom I can have a decent relationship.

Okay so, school formal is coming up (aka prom night) and I have absolutely no idea who to go with. I mean, I don't want to just stand in a corner and watch it go by, but I don't want to ruin it by going with someone I don't really care about either...
Then again people have been saying how good I am in dance practice, so that might be opening up a few options; maybe I won't even have to do the asking. =O

The girl I was planning on asking doesn't want to go either and is just going with friends so I'll likely do the same and just dance with her when we're there...I dont know why everybody makes such a big deal about who you're going with.

Unfortunately, you most likely won't be asked by a girl. I ****ing hate that it's always the guys who have to do everything. If you're really getting positive comments on dance pratcice however, it shouldn't be all that difficult to get a date for prom night. Don't leave it until the last minute though because all the hotties will have been taken. :P
So, this girl from my class at academy that I've been fairly interested in for a while now has broken up with her boyfriend that she's been with for 8 months. As a friend, I'm on really good terms with her, but there's always been some attraction between the two of us and now that she's free I've been letting her know even more than usual that I would more than happily hook up with her. Keep those fingers crossed!

personally i love that it's the guy that has to do all the work, but if you think about it, it should be the girl. Guys are useless at romance and knowing what a girl's thinking and all that. Girls would be super pro at figuring everything out. Sh!t would get done in a relationship if the woman took the lead. That being said I'm incredibly lazy and love mind games :P

Hah, it's really not that big a deal since the idea is that everyone dances with everyone; it'd just be nice to have someone to tag along with. And since it's $95 a head, it's not the sort of thing you just turn up to for the hell of it.

The best part of the prom was entering the hotel and waiting in the reception hall and seeing everyone dressed up. All the girls in colorful dresses, the guys in suits, it was hilarious and great seeing all your friends, acquaintances, and fellow peers in your year all dressed up.
The prom later deteriorated into senseless grinding.
