My new Av/Banner set is something I made before my Metal Gear Rex set, it's an Orbital Frame from Z.O.E, and I thought the red Matrix-style background would be a nice combo with the Mech. :)

Aerin: It's hard to see what exactly it even is, sadly, although the full image looks like it would be something cool. 5/10

BLL: I'd hate to be harsh but I'm not fan of not-so-well drawn anime avatars. ^_^ I like FanArt, but I love well-drawn fanart even more, and that one just isn't my style, even so it does deserve a 7/10. :)

You could either try to blur the edges a bit, but not too much, and not enough to make it blurry. IT HAS TO BE JUST PERFECT!!! MWHAHAHAAHAHAH!
That, or if you made the actual image completely from scratch, you could convert the lines.
Depends what program your using really.

As for you current banner, it's nice, just that the edges of the... um... thing look a bit like they've been sharpened overmuch. 8.5/10

CD: Nice. Same as before though, the font for Alethiometer goes well enough, but I believe that something even better could be fine, but it still works well. The font color, and font for your name are just completely out of place though, just doesn't pop in well with all the blue and stuff. 8.5/10

Link: The anime games just seems out of place again for me, might be style or sumthin. :) The rest of it is nice, it seems to me as though it's trying to look as a real painting, maybe the lines and stuff. Only real problem I have with it is that it just seems to stop abruptly at the edges, if you catch my meaning. My suggestion for this would be to put some kind of border but heh. Apart from that the inside of it is very uniform. 8.5/10

Anubis: Pretty much the same prob as the banner, as mentionned in the sig topic, it looks like it's been sharpened to much. The background doesn't merge well with the image at the edges. Nice effect for the writing, I like it. The actual size of the umm... thing isn't bad at all either, I tend to prefer something that stays in the borders, but it has a nice effect. 8.5/10

Lin: I like it better than your banner for some reason ^_^ , but again not really my type of thing. 7.5/10

BLL: Again, not my type at all, and I personally don't really like the format of the actual image, meaning the way it's in a circle and stuff. 7/10

Aerin: Not too bad. The actual dimensions aren't too ideal, and if it was a bit bigger it would seem much more heavyset, especially for an avatar. Personal prefence, I tend to like the simpler stuff. It's more or less unique, it just seems like you copy pasted some image, which I think you actually did. 6.5/10

Actually that is the Knife from book 2&3 of His Dark Materials. So...in a way it's not a real life object as it can cut through the fabric of the universes in the book.

CD: I liked your old one much better. It's just basically a knife now, it lacks the color your old one had. Not only that, but the font (like I said, I have a thing for fonts... <_< ) used for "The Subtle Knife" isn't all that great, quite the opposite rally in my opinion. Even more cause it doesn't really match the font you used for your name. 6/10
