I didn't know about that game. Still I don't think it looks quite as terrible as E.T. I forget where I saw a video explaining the whole game but it made me cringe.

Oh I'm sure if a new ET game were made, I might be much better, after all the only one that was made, and it did suck, was, I think, made for the Atari. So a new game would at least have superior graphics. But then, the game would just be a retell of the movie story line, so why would you want to play it. Now if the game allowed you to spend time flying bikes in the air through realistic, 3D environments, that would be way cool. But that would probably be the only fun part of the game.

In Big Rigs, you basically race with a computer that doesn't move. You can drive infinitely in any direction and go through buildings, mountains, walls, etc, until you drive into the zone of nothingness. There are four trucks, and the graphics are so bad that it looks like the lights are floating in the air. You can drive in reverse for 10's of thousands of MPH. And when you beat the level, you get the infamous "Your're Winner" sign. Then the game crashes on the 5th level. I'd call that the worst game ever.

It wasn't brilliant, but I'd say it was better than the ones that came after. The voices sucked even more than the current ones, and the camera was dodgy as hell, but it comes closest to the older games out of all the 3D games.
