Im not 100% sure. What im going to do is start using daggers once SB is maxed. Then, im going to max out mastery (This should be accomplished on lv 47)
Only downside I can see is: No haste until 48. And no DECENT amount of Haste until lv55. I'm not to happy about that, but it can't be helped.

a warrior pot adds 3...so until you can afford a glove like that warrior pots wont hurt any. :P Get atleast a 4 attack, back when I got mine, I bought a 4 attack 2 slots left for 7 mil. I then used 2 60% *both working* and ended up with an 8 attack. So, its all up to you. I wouldnt buy anything under 3 since a warrior pot can do that for you at way less of a price. :P
#2469
Posted 06 January 2006 - 10:33 PM
When using icicles/ kumbi, I usualy get about 20 extra max att when using a warrior pot, and since we're pretty much the same Zxor, I suspect it'll be about the same for you.
(LUK x 0.9 x 3.6 x Skill Mastery + STR + DEX) / 100 x Weapon Attack = Your damage.
See if you can wrap your head around that pretty lil formular. ^_^ Basically, weapon attack has the greatest impact on your damage (ovbvious when you think about it) So raising it even 1 point will be the most worthwhile thing to do in regard to your attacking ability.
--
PDM, I have my lv 35 armour, lv 40 pants and a blue pilfer already, with my lv40 top on auction at basilmarket.com. When I hit lv 35, Im gonna force myself to sik Gippal on Z.Lupins until I have enough for that quest for the dolls (Hopefully getting him to lv45). Which will net me a dark pilfer and hopefully some napoleons.
But thanks anyway.
Many thanks for the fan as well. I love you to pieces <3.

Scrolls for cape that aren't LUK DEX STR or INT are worthless. Just because he's level 6x doesn't mean he knows stuff.
It makes sense that a person who's level 60+ wouldn't know that much, because all their experience was probably on one char or class. Think McFly, think.

It doesn't matter which channel I go to on Bera, I usually run into two people in the specific area of HHG1 that I wanna level in that either...
1. Are n00b mages that KS everything you hit
2. Are 1337 level 50 mages or assassins that do 1000+ damage per hit and clear the area before you have a chance to get anything.
...and I STILL haven't hit level 15 x_x

IF someone wants to make a pro-beginner then, DON'T use warrior STR/DEX. I began adding as much STR as I could and adding DEX when I couldn't hit things. In time, you'll have to DEX-scroll everything you have as much as you can. I've actually found out that, compared to other beginners, my DEX is just a tad high. Not "omfg u screwed up"-high but, it could've been lower. You'll regret it if too much is added to DEX as beginner-useable weapons and a lack of skills make you need all the STR you can get your hands on.
Also, it's nice to be funded and just, have another character that can back you up <<; I've found it to be VERY useful. Sheeb is like Pot's sweet little creation.
Pots are not something to worry about. You can die all the time because you wont lose EXP, and even if you buy bunches of pots, you will NEVER train on something that will force you to burn pots. It's just not possible.
Using horns/other exchange quest stuff is good mainly cause of the pots <<; And, around level 25, each exchange (meaning, every set of 100 exchange things) will give you about 1% EXP.
Also, take in mind that you can only do a few quests.
Be prepared to be A. strongly criticized/bashed, B. praised. 85% of the time it will be Option A. That's when your other character comes in "lol that's a waste of time" "Oh yes, but I already have 4x fighter so stfu."
The rest of the time people will F2 at you and randomly fame you and give you free items and stuff <<;
There's also two breeds of beginners: Maple Beginners and just... Beginners. Maple Beginners stay in Maple Island for their whole Beginner-y lives :o
And that's all I can think of. I love Beginners <3

I have DEX that's twice my level, and I put all the other ability points on STR. This will make my Warrior pretty potent, but accurate as well. A lot of people probably use this strategy. I don't want to waste money DEX scrolling my equip.

I was also told to keep my Zard and get a Lion's Fang until 55, but that would mean spending lots on scrolls for the Zard <_<.

That was probably suggested because at around level 50 you can start taking down jr. yeti, which drop glove attack scrolls for 60%. Those sell for 4 mil right now, so just 1 or 2 and you will have a clean lionfang/scrolled pretty well.

Sheba, I suggest you don't waste any money on scrolls for the Zard. Just keep fighting with it w/out scrolling it until you get the money for a Lion's Fang. Maybe you can scroll it once or twice, but I suggest that be it o.o

b)Skipping FA and maxing both boosters (which would leave very few SP that i could spend on any other skill).
On a side note, i heard that 3rd job skills don't activate Final Attack. If true, then I'd be leaning towards choice B a lot more.
Also, is the damage at high levels comparable bewteen say, a fighter and a spearman? I know that spears/polearms have very unstable damage, but I thought maybe scrolling could take care of that.

Him: "Mages are the best, CLERICS are the best."
Me: "They're balanced classes, man."
Him: "No! I can heal myself and I have magic guard which will reduce damage!"
Me: Still -.-;;
Him: "My mage can whoop your page!"
Me: "... -.-; I can totally destroy your MP in like 5 power strikes and your HP in 1"
Him: "I can teleport"
Me: "That wouldn't help considiring my Lionheart is fast and you have crappy weapon defense."
Him: "So? I have Magic Guard."
Me: "So? Your MP will run out eventually, my attacks aren't limited."
Him: "Well i can teleport and hurt you and teleport more"
Me: "-.-; You just don't get it do you?"
Him: "Yeah I do, my cleric can beat you."
Me: "Cleric attack sucks."
Him: "I'll do 400 damage a hit you only have 1.9k hp"
Me: "Don't you think I'd destroy your MP totally?"
Him: "Even if you did my MP Heals every 10 seconds."
Me: "Thats enough time for me to kill you"
Him: "No"
And the thing goes on, and him not admitting that the classes are balanced and mages get overpowered and i get magic crash later on to own him.

if by "5kk" you mean 5 million...then I'd say, yes, it is a fairly large amount of money. Guilds are quite expensive i must say. Which means i won't be joining one any time soon.

1.5mil = guild, must have 6 members to start
you need like 2.5mil to make an emblem, and like 1mil to make your guild bigger by 5, starts out at 15 or 20 or somethin maximum size I believe is 100
thats on MSEA but I dont play MS that much anymore havent played for a few days

I personally wouldnt leave Scania for a few reasons.
1)I know MANY friends, not just guild mates but just so many people its insane.
2)I hate being noob again
3)I hate being poor again
I TRIED Windia, but I just couldnt stand it. I hate being noob, if they introduced double exp and double money drops I would have done it.

MW, you were right. I'm beginning to hate sins ;_; Mages and I don't train in the same areas anymore and the only advantage they have over me now is the range.
Sins on the other hand, hog every freaking training place I have x.X;

At lv 25 or higher. Otherwise you don't get exp from the crocs and other monsters.
