Lol. My Dell came with Windows ME. The only thing I miss about that OS is the screen that says "It Is Now Safe To Turn Off Your Computer."

It does that with all Windows operating systems. It just depends whether your power button is a toggle switch or not. If it isn't, it can turn off by itself.

No Split, it doesn't. Windows XP and Vista shut down without anything other than a click on the "Shut Down" button. I've never seen any computer with XP or later that had that screen. Infact, Windows 98 didn't have that either from what I remember.

Exactly why I mentioned 98. It came before ME, meaning that ME was the only to support it. And my old Gateway had a toggle switch, yet it never did that. Before ME came out. It doesn't have to do with the toggle switches.

I used to have Windows 98, and I distinctly remember the shutdown screen. That computer had a toggle switch.

Just because a non-toggle computer shows the screen doesn't prove anything for toggled ones. If a computer has a toggle power switch in the on position, it can't physically turn itself off. That's why it shows that screen.

As far as Naruto goes, any episode made before the tournament thingy in the Chunin exams could've really been made better. Anything made during the exams could use some improvement. However, you have to cut it some slack here, because this anime started in 1999. But anything made Just before the Sasuke retrival ark and later (besidees most of the filler, though the last filler arc was decent) is good. They really like to drag things out though. It get's annoying sometimes, because they could easily cut the episode count in half. They're only trying to make it last longer than it probably should.

It's a good show, but it could use less pointless pauses in the middle of conversations, fewer crappy jokes, and a few changes in script here and there. The last few episodes have been pretty good though.

I agree. They spend about ten seconds focusing on a character's face when they're shocked, and then another ten seconds for everyone else who is standing around, plus their thoughts and all, which are just a repeat of the situation.
