No, XP. All the other previose games work fine. I even tried playing it on different sites, but they didn't work either. I checked the firewall, and it's supposedly oof, but this computer somehow thinks it still on.

To be honest, I'm not quite sure what caused it, and it went away after a while. So far, you have heard my best guesses.

[EDIT] If you're useing IE7, Tools>Internet Options>Security>Custom Level

There you'll find a list of ActiveX Stuff. Set everything to "Prompt" or "Enable", except for the first ActiveX control thing. That should stay disabled for security.

If it stil doesn't work, go back there and set everything to enable. Even the first ActiveX control thing.

If it still doesn't work, I'm going to take a wild guess and say that your computer is being ghey.
