LOL.
I love the second example of the stage builder they show, it's almost like a maze. I can see some creative ideas being tossed around for that one, and that alone should make Brawl's already huge replay value that much bigger.
Plus, 3 minutes of gameplay footage is awesome! One (silly) question though - do you have to "record" it and actively do so when playing? Or, after finishing a match, does the game "remember" the last 3 minutes and can let you record it?

Or you can jsut leave your Gamecube on overnight.
But some characters like Luigi were different to unlock, so I hope they still have special ways to unlock some characters. Ganondorf was cool too.

Look at this:
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c104/BassoonForLife/viploader570850.jpg
WW Link is holding a BOW AND ARROW. What does that mean? WW Link is probably a freaking clone of Link. That is just...beyond unacceptable. I had hope that maybe WW Link would save this roster by being a totally unique character, but I was wrong.
It looks to me that Sakurai focused too much on the SSE. I like how he introduced a story into it all, but he can't forget the driving point of the series and what allows us to replay it for so long without getting bored: The characters and the VS. mode. The characters look rushed to me. Wolf and Falco? I like Falco, but I fear that both of them will be Fox clones, and then we have the rumors that Ganondorf didn't get a new moveset. Add on with the WW Link and Lucario (who probably stole Mewtwo's moveset) and R.O.B. are the only really unique unannounced characters.
Furthermore, this roster is a slap in the face to the fans. It's as if Sakurai forgot about them after adding Sonic. I feared that it would happen.

And if it is, yes it might disappoint in some ways (lack of Isaac, Krystal, and Micaiah for me), but this roster still rocks in other ways. Guys, we have Snake - SOLID EFFIN' SNAKE. We have a Pokemon Trainer with three amazing Pokemon to use in real-time battle, we have Pit, we have Metaknight, WE HAVE SONIC. We have so many more, and improved, characters over Melee. Don't forget how much effort they've put into this game, we're going to love it no matter what.

No, not you. Just ingrates such as larharl. Remind me to NOT do anything nice for him.
I can say that I would have liked to have seen Isaac in there, and that thing about the actress who voices Krystal in Brawl, I think it's safe to assume Krystal is an AT. If people want to complain, good for them. Don't buy it. When you get your pre-order money back give it to me.

Lucario, although a Pokemon from the most recent generation, isn't even all that great of a Pokemon; his greatest popularity came from his movie. Mewtwo did more and destroys Lucario to hell and back in the Pokemon RPGs. It doesn't matter if he sucked in Melee; he has a lot going for him, more than Lucario.

I'd like to say something here.
First of all, the Dojo was a privelage - we knew what we were getting ourselves into when we started to regularly check updates. The problem is that we've been conditioned with TWELVE NEWCOMERS in the course of less than a year. 12 Newcomers that we, right now, think of as being "veterans" just because we've known about them so long. I guarantee you, that had we just now discovered about the likes of Ike, of Pokemon Trainer, or of Sonic, our hype for Brawl would explode, and we would be proclaiming the roster as absolutely amazing. I guarantee that most gamers not only haven't checked the Dojo, but when they walk into the store on launch day to pick up that copy of Smash, the roster will absolutely blow their ****ing minds.

Well, obviously it's a privilege (You misspelled. :\). Also, I'm quite aware that there are people who don't check the Dojo and/or don't have any info on Brawl and will therefore be super amazed when Brawl comes out. Face it, though; a ton of people check the Dojo and know these characters quite well. =P

And WW Link won't necessarily be a clone of Link. Young Link was not a clone of Link, their moves were still different. Link had longer reach with his sword and hook-shot, but young link had a wall climb and fire arrows. And I think YL's bombs had less range, but did more damage. Chances are, Link and WW Link will have similar differences. They will certainly have different boomerangs.

Here's a pic of a new stage. For those of you who don't recognize it, it's Spear Pillar from the Diamond/Pearl games. It's the place where you fight Dialga or Palkia and defeat or capture it.

As for Lucario, in the games he was a fighting/psychic type, so it would make no sense at all if he was a clone of Mewtwo.
And where in god's name is anyone getting the idea of ROB being playable? As far as I know, that was only in one of the fake roster leaks.

This isn't fake. This is the whole real roster. Only one character is left to be revealed.
Also, WW Link IS a clone of Link. I saw a video and he has all the same moves.
Lucario's A moves are different from Mewtwo's, true. However, Lucario's B and ^B are virtually exact to Mewtwo's. Lucario's </>B and VB are unknown, though.

I think that Toon Link's side special was a green beam, so it might have been that leaf that you can swing and release a strong gust and he also uses it to glide in WW. (I forgot the name)?
I kinda saw this coming, and it is a tad disappointing (Especially Ganondorf for me).
The good news is that Luigi and Falco must be the same too, which I don't mind really.

Yeah, look again.
His bair is the same, his dsmash is the same 'front/back' kick, his a move seems to be the same hand/push/punch attack. Probably more, this is just off the top of my head, he did seem to have a new fsmash.

Same, on the Ganondorf target practice video he still has his dair...I love that move.
I would want a few changes, but for the most part I won't be destroyed if he was still much like Captain Falcon.

I would have last night if the power hadn't gone out. Who the hell knows WHY it did.
There have been gameplay videos of Wolf, and we've seen his Final Smash. The only difference is the landmaster is red. I'll edit in some links to videos in a second.
Edit 1: Brawl release date in Europe supposed to be June 1st.
Edit 2: Wolf gameplay here.

Well, I finally saw that Wolf video. His Up + B isn't really the same, but he still has a pistol like Fox and Falco. I personally think that Krystal would have been a much, much better choice than Wolf.

Personally I think Sakurai just got lazy. I'm more pissed about the fact that the Star Fox franchise got 3 clones (I think Wolf might have caught Luigiitis), and Metroid still gets one. I'm not counting ZSS as seperate as you need the Smash to use her.
Anyway, for my characters I'm thinking Samus, Lucario, Sonic, Meta-Knight and Pokemon Trainer.
And this is the most amusing pic I have seen in the last few days.

i think having 3 characters with the same moveset is pathetic, considering all the chars they could have put in instead of another clone

The stages are too similar to each other... Yes! I'm glad I'm not the only one that sees that. Some of the stages are nice (like Distant Planet) but those are a rarity.
It really looks to me that this game was rushed outside of the SSE. Even though a story mode is nice, if the roster was going to have this many clones, ignore so many fan requests, etc. I wish he really hadn't focused on it at all.
