From their new album, which will be released Monday. Might I just say, I really hope I downloaded the wrong album, because this album sucks, and so does this song. This song starts of the album terribly, but Nine In The Afternoon redeems it. Maybe I'll download another torrent, cuz the quality of this isn't great.
I'll listen to this album again, and this song surely. I love Panic At The Disco too much, to brush aside their album so quickly. Hopefully, the album will grow on me.

I used to think Fall Out Boy and Panic at the Disco had long song titles. Some of Sufjan Stevens are just insane. Anyway, this song is super cool. I have no idea what it's talking about, something to do with the Civil War...I think. The two vocalists do an excellent job complementing each other. Actually, I don't know if it's two people or just Stevens. Whatever. I forget the name of that technique where two people sing the same lyrics, just one is higher than the other, but this is a masterful example of it. Excellent song.

I just checked out this Tom/Travis "project" album last night and I think its really unique and sounds like a stepping stone for Blink's untitled album, which is arguably their best. We see that side of Tom that seemed to come out of nowhere, the introspective side, especially in this song but also in the writing throughout the album.
This song also is really accessible for me because I can relate to the feelings of doubt that the song talks about. More Box Car Racer commentary to come!

YOu just found out about this album? It's great. Elevator is one of my favourite songs off it. The two verses, one from the point of view of a person commiting suicide, and the other from the point of view of the person watching, are just moving. As great as this album was, however, it was also one of the catlyists that led to their breaking up.

With your cherry lips and golden curls
You could make grown men gasp
When you'd go walking past them
In your hot pants and high heels
They could not believe
That such a body was real
It seemed like rainbows would appear
Whenever you come near the clouds would disappear
Because you looked just like a girl
Your baby blues would flash
And suddenly a spell was cast
Transvestite much? This song just makes me laugh. XD

The Aqua Bats

I've been having an obsession with hyphy music lately xD! Mainly ska and techno and the Aqua Bats are essential for Ska =D
Definitely a 10/10

Lyrics is awesome (and so emotional, brings back faded memories (faded, since it doesn't bother me anymore x3).
Vocals are great, and the beat is average.
Overall, great song =)

Great song =)
The chorus is really awesome.
I wanted a piece of that forbidden fruit
But my homies said to stay away
But I'm 17 what you expect me to do
I guess we'll charge it as a part of the game
If I'm wrong oh I don't want to be right
I kissed your sister last night
It ain't my fault
I guess your sister's my type
haha.

Omg, I hate the artists who are featured on this song with a passion (ie, Vybez Kartel & Kardinal). More than 50 cent also. I hope they die x3.
The parts without them are pretty neat though lolz.

Sean Kingston really redeemed reggae for me. His voice is pretty awesome, and so is his songs. I have a hard time believing he wrote his song though (I should research if he did).
Pretty fun fact: We share the exact same birthday ^___^.
Anyway, overall, this song is great, and overall his album is alright, but not something I can listen to forever.

The half-baked riff mixed with a robotic White Stripes beat makes this song awesome. The double pace on the second half is awesome as well. Lacks a solid chorus however.

Same beat of the song of the same name by the Gheto Boys, but much betters. Juelz knows how to use an old beat, and kill it, like the original rappers couldn't.

imo, it's about a guy who's begging God to rescue him.
Great lyrics, great beat, and the quote "But the beauty of grace is that it makes life not fair" makes me realise how powerful grace really is.

The Game-360 Bars(50 Cent Diss)
ANOTHER diss song from Game to 50. It's like the whole world hates 50. 5 rap crews have/had beef with him. Dipset, D-Block, Murder Inc., Terror Squad, Black Wall Street. And that's not including Nas and Jay Z, or the many underground New York rappers who have released diss records towards him. 50 IS A SNITCH. Because of what he told the FBI, and what he said in the song Ghetto Quaran, Supreme got life in jail. 9/10.

The fact that this song exists is a testament to how cool NWL is, in that they've reimagined a simple Nelly Furtado dance song into a deep, slow acoustic song. Almost makes you fear the "maneater". Partially doesn't work because of the pop lyrics in a comtemporary setting, but that's partially why it works too. Check it out on iTunes.
